Do you keep inventory or sell individual parts?
No. NexRig Computers does not keep inventory or parts on hand for direct sale. Every build is planned around the individual client. I work with each customer to help select the right components based on budget, performance goals, and aesthetic preferences. Once the parts list is finalized, the components are ordered using the client’s funds and shipped for the build process.
How does the custom PC build process work?
The process starts with a consultation to determine your budget, intended use, performance goals, and preferred look. From there, I help put together a parts list that best fits your needs. Once approved, the parts are ordered and the build begins after everything arrives.
Can you help me if I’m not sure what parts I need?
Yes. If you are not sure what processor, graphics card, memory, storage, cooling, or case is right for you, I can guide you through the selection process. The goal is to help you get the best value and performance for your specific needs without overspending on unnecessary parts.
Liability Protection
By moving forward with my services, you acknowledge that I am not responsible for manufacturer defects, shipping damage, or issues caused by third-party handling.
My responsibility is limited to proper assembly and testing of the system once all parts have arrived in good condition.
How long does a custom build take?
Build times vary depending on part availability, shipping times, and the complexity of the build. Once your parts have arrived, I can provide a clearer estimate for assembly and completion. Turnaround may also vary based on current workload.
Do you provide support after the build is completed?
Yes. If you have questions about your build, setup, or general operation after delivery, I can provide guidance and basic support related to the system I assembled. I want every customer to feel confident using their PC once the build is complete.
Returns / Warranty Clarification
ll parts come with their own manufacturer warranties and return policies.
If a part is defective or fails, the warranty is handled through the manufacturer or retailer it was purchased from. I will absolutely help guide you through that process, but I do not personally provide warranties on individual components.
Do you sell prebuilt PCs?
I do not sell prebuilt or pre-owned PCs.
Every build I do is fully custom and tailored to the individual client. I work with you to design a system that fits your exact needs, and all parts are purchased specifically for your build using your budget.
